Our client is the firm that manages the business, personal, and philanthropic affairs of an ultra-high net worth family in San Francisco. They are a larger office with about 100 people and each team has a lot of tenure and loyalty with the family. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your accounting exposure and knowledge base and learn from some truly dedicated and savvy finance professionals. They have a gorgeous new office in financial district, San Francisco, and take great care of their people! As the Senior Accountant, you will monitor cash flow and revenue for 8 active operating companies that are producing all the income for the family. You won't do personal expenses? but if there?s not an accounting team for certain assets, than this team will do it in-house. This team does a lot of the charity accounting for the families philanthropy efforts too. There?s some international accounting you'll be doing too for their real estate portfolio which is abroad. ? As the Senior Accountant, you will be doing a lot of projections and budgeting. You will also be handling a lot of the accounting for the investment portfolios of the family, tracking and reconciling dividends and investment accounts. As a Senior Accountant, you'll be working in a wide variety of areas and gaining great exposure to different industries and asset classes! WHY WORK HERE? 1. The IDEAL CANDIDATE is someone who is interested in great mentorship and eager to learn. Additionally: ** Needs to be an experienced Senior Accountant with 4+ years total, (2 years as a Senior/supervisory role) ** Can come from public accounting (Audit/Outsourced Accounting) OR industry ** Knowledge in financial reporting, cash flow statement and projections, GL and financial statements ** Experience with Bill.com, QuickBooks, and Excel ** CPA License is not needed.
