WHAT YOU’LL DO: Understanding business requirements from stakeholders as they relate to physical security needs. Bringing new hardware/software in for pilots. Work with QA teams to assist with testing hardware and software products. Act as the liaison and point of contact for both internal and cross-functional teams. Create project plans and builds consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders. Support management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations. With client and management approval, assist with the determination of requirements, priorities and monitoring of progress. Meet regularly with stakeholders to provide status updates. Ability to effectively communicate and/or drive requirements regarding development and enhancement to those systems/hardware/manufacturers. Understanding of security or IT solution architecture preferred. Acts as the liaison and point of contact for both internal and cross-functional projects. Evaluate project status and resource utilization; implement changes as needed; review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. Create project plans and builds consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders. Support management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations; with client and management approval, assist with the determination of requirements, priorities and monitoring of progress. Work within program discipline and develop expertise as the documentation subject matter expert (SME), to expedite revisions, corrections, and changes to previously published documentation. Meet regularly with client management for status updates.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 2- 4 years of prior Project Management experience Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organization Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting Ability to quickly learn and master new technology Experience with Access Control, VMS, and enterprise camera systems Knowledge and exposure to physical security hardware/software products Vendor management experience
